I am feeling great today!!! I have made huge progress in my journey to a healthier me. Went from wearing 46in pants down to 34in. Yes, they are snug, but tired of buying new pants every month. I still have a belly hanging over, as well as those love handles. However, that has dropped from 56in down to 44in. Of course, that is the last place that my body is deciding to lose fat. I know that it will eventually catch up!! I am eating healthy, exercising at least 5 days a week. I offset cardio and strength training.

I am not where I want to be, but I always think where I was over 70 lbs ago. For those that are frustrated, just stop and think for a moment. No one said that this would be easy. FS is great!!! I have been inspired by many of your posts and stories of successes, as well as your challenges. I appreciate all of you for your support and encouragement. Have a great day everyone and win the hard win because those are the most satisfying.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 32.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
