I started at 281 last July. Later my fiend decided that if I could do it then he could too. Then my sister did as well. My wife just kind of came along since it made easier cooking one meal. Total for all 4 us is 175lbs! I am more proud of their loss than I am mine. Influencing people I care about is really gratifying. AND I guess keeps me on track, can’t quit now lol

The most successful people here are the ones that can get their partners on board. If everyone eats healthy, the whole family benefits. Too hard for most to lose weight if everyone is munching on chips while watching a movie in the evening -- except for the dieter. Sooner or later they cave in and go back to old fat habits. So good for you on influencing your circle!
