Don't stress on it mate. That's a big jump up from just yesterday - a good sleep and a trip to the loo and you'll be sorted.

I know how you feel. I added 400g on today. No idea why, I was as hungry as usual!

Might just start weekly weigh ins, daily fluctuations are hard to take sometimes

If you’re tracking properly and logged everything and weigh everyday you will come to a point where you will see the scale going down consistently until you need to readjust your calories because you hit plateau you gotta be accountable and be patient
