Hitting the gym today and feeling great. Better eating yesterday, had a bit too much rice for dinner, but I am reflecting and learning.
136.8 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, its a day by day situation, my mum is planning a massive Christmas so that will be a great test. I will however try to exercise daily so that should help.
