This time with the watch on 😆. Just a little bit proud of myself for losing weight on Christmas Day. I guess this would also be the only Christmas in my adult life with no alcohol.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did thank you, grandkids were pure joy, even though i suffered sleeping in granddaughters single tiny bed, a blessed awaking of "nanna nanna he's been" at 4.45am, is etched in my heart forever <3
