Ok that hit harder than I expected but not too surprising considering I really let loose for the entire week leading up to Christmas Day 😆 Baby steps back to routine now though. Shouldn’t be too hard considering I’ve over indulged so much that the thought of junk food & sweets actually gives me the ick at this point. Hope the holidays are treating you all well x
