Yeah in typical desperation style, I have weighed myself immediately after my 60th birthday, Christmas and New Year celebrations. The biggest surprise is that I wasn't as heavy as I thought I would be. Now to try to shed some weight and make myself healthier to survive to 70!
105.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
