Got covid finally. Sick for the first time in 6 years and I have to say it thoroughly sucks.

95.7 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg. Still to go: 0.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope it doesn’t hit you too hard. Rest a lot, keep cough lozenges on hand and lots of Panadol to sleep through the night. Fingers crossed for a quick recovery
