A little disappointed with my weigh in today, but I knew I ate really badly this week and I was just so damn hungry all week. I know losing 200g is better than putting on 200g, but it still sucks.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
