Well for some reason the site posted my last weigh in again! Didn’t change my overall weight. Still clicking along and should be at 187 on this weeks weigh in. I feel great. Love how my body moves. I have started using my kettlebells. I can feel some muscle definition coming back with the fat loss. From here it’s just a matter of time. I dare say almost a little bored with it all.

Sometimes it's fun to have a separate goal aside from a final weight. For instance, a trip to a city you've never been to, a week that requires hiking, whitewater rafting, or snow/waterskiing -- something you would not have been able to do while fat and unfit. Some people here chose to train for a marathon. You get the idea. It's not boring if you see it as training for an adventure.
