Worked out legs yesterday for the first time since forever and it shows on the scale. I dislike working legs however I am forcing myself to. I know will be okay if I keep it up for 6 weeks.Ketones were at 1.7mmol/L before I began my mini cheat day today.
131.2 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 44.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
