Still on the right side of 80! LOL. AND below 72, which I'm happy about. My social experiment co tinues, because as fat as I was, and felt..Very few have noticed my weight loss I would have thought 8 kilos on someone my height was pretty obvious... Anyone, still keen to walk etc, after having done it for the 3 weeks I was away, and eating healthily .. if mot enough. 🤗
