Weight up a bit this morning, as expected. No biggie - I started taking the Glycoyrrlate again in the mornings, and it causes me to retain fluids. Hoping that just the single dose per day will not interfere with my bowel activity. Drank Miralax this morning and yesterday morning, as the doctor suggested. No BM yesterday or today, which I'm not worried about.

Had both grandkids here overnight from 2:30pm yesterday, and will have them until 1pm today. The younger one (7) is much more rambunctious when his 12-year-old sister is also here. Right now, he's watching YouTube videos on the tablet, so there is a moment of quiet.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend! We're having Outback for lunch tomorrow, with a gift card we got for Christmas. Hooray!

My goal for this week was to stay under 1,500 calories. Counting what I have scheduled for tomorrow, I may go under my lowest Calories Per Day (1,440). Right now, I have 1,420 average for the week! That's WITH a birthday party where I had some pizza and cake & ice cream. I'm making hot dogs, french fries and baked beans for lunch for the gang. Instead of eating that myself, I'm just going to have some country ham on a slider roll and 1/4 cup of the homemade baked beans. I make them so thick that you eat them with a fork. Yumm.
