no surprise here with it being Day 1 of Shark week cycle. its a curl up on the couch and veg kinda Sunday. The effects of periods are worse with Beta Thalassemia minor; (blood cells shaped like wiggly rectangles and permanent low iron level) Hello electrolytes and thanks for keeping me alive!
On a surprising note- every single body measurements was smaller then last weeks, even muscle mass went up too. Im excited to see what happens to these measurements in 5ish days!! Enjoy your sunday everyone!!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sounds like some pretty awesome stuff mixed in with this post!! all your body measurements went down and muscle up that's fantastic!! how are you doing with the tweaked macros? are you feeling more satiated with the fats and proteins flipped and adequate energy levels with most of your calories coming from carbs?

Some days are tough with high fat. But i noticed if fat is high protein is usually low...more energy definitely, especially with being on my feet consistently, and had more energy to do housework which isnt usually the case after work.... I think the extra exercise day is helping also maintain some kinda progress. Cant wait for weights tomorrow plus another chiropractor appointment!!

Dazey, I do all my housework in the morning because when I get home from work I’m too pooped, maybe I can change that this year.👍
