Really happy with numbers, I just need to lose at least 1.2kg by Monday which significantly make life easier for me to reach my Easter goal. Body definetly in Ketosis I can feel it, measured 3.3mmol/L will try to get it to over 4 by Wednesday. At least a those numbers I know the body is burning fat for energy even if the numbers do not move. I have put my ketone measuring set-up below to save anyone who needs something similar some money. This device is gold if you are following a Keto diet also tells you before you plateau.
128.1 kg Lost so far: 26 kg.    Still to go: 41.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've heard these monitors are far more accurate than the ketostix. Are the ketostix even worth using, do you reckon? I may have to invest in one of these that you pictured. Thanks for sharing

Hi KetoAu, luckily you have asked a question on two products I extensively used. The answer is both will work, ketostix are a fraction of the cost and you do not have to prick yourself. However it takes a great effort to get the ketostix to change to purple and if you have a bad keto day (slight cheat) they do not change colour, so with ketostix you are constantly guessing level of ketones based on colour of stix. The ketone blood meter however, is as accurate as it gets. This meter will allow you to really hone in your diet. if your OCD like me and weigh yourself everyday this is a great diet tool. Long story short although I have a moderate needle phobia, I will take the blood meter any day anytime.
