Hello, folks! I haven't gotten on in two days because we've been giving all our time and attention to finding and buying a "new" (to us) car. We are now the proud owners of a 2015 Honda CR-V EX which is in pristine condition! We even test drove it to our mechanic, and he put it up on the rack to look check it out for us, and he said we can't go wrong with that car. Hooray, and PTL!

Yesterday, my weight was down to 208.8, but it was back up this morning to 209.2. This is my high-calorie week, so I've been getting in about 1,800 calories a day. Went through four crème brulee's in three days! I hadn't made Chicken Casserole in about two years (it's over 450 calories per generous serving), so that is a welcomed treat this week, along with Parsleyed Potatoes and fresh-cooked string beans. On Saturday, I'll be making homemade Lasagna, which is over 600 calories per generous serving.

I've missed reading everything y'all write, but I'm not going to try to "catch up," because it would be too overwhelming for me. Plus, I've got a whole Owner's Manual to read today to find out to operate the bells and whistles on our new car. Congrats on the new car! I've been driving Hondas for over thirty years and have never had a problem yet. Aoso, great job on your weight loss journey, you are amazing!

Chicken Casserole sounds good...My mom used to make something like that.
