Week 186. Oh dear😱. Birthday weekend at the coast really caught up with me. Onwards and downwards!

79.8 kg Lost so far: 61.2 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
