I have been on vacation for two weeks and worked out 5x and enjoyed eating what I wanted and not counting macros. Today it is back at and getting into my healthy daily routines. I will be following my macros to lose weight but not muscle.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
