WisteriaSky233's Journal, 21 Feb 23

This is the smallest I have been in gosh 10 years! Hubs thinks I need to eat more per day. I drank copious amount of liquid yesterday too, over 100 ounces. I am working on toning and I don't know what my sweet spot in weight will be in the end. I just know what I am trying to fix. I have flabby inner legs and trying to tone them and my stomach a bit more. But I can tell my core is stronger because I can sit up straighter for a longer time at work. But I am a "sloucher" when I sit and walk for a while. Anywho have a great day! It is warm today so plan to walk on my lunch break too.

Sounds like a great time to start doing some strength training and building a little muscle if you are not yet. Great work so far.

I'm a sloucher too! I hate it! When I wake up and take the dog out, I will look on our Ring camera and sometimes I remember to stand tall, sometimes not.. Looks like things are coming together for you!💜💜💜

Thanks for the comments! @Diana 1234 Yes I was in the background of a picture at an event last week and I was slouching. Looked so bad. I need to work on it. @Mpacheco125 Thanks, he is a skinny fellow and can eat anything he wants not that I'm complaining.

I'm a sloucher, too! I hate it....adds years to your appearance. Wisteria, I agree with some others about adding weight training. Starting while you're still young will help you stay healthy inside as well as on the outside. It is the best way to tighten up all those muscles!

@SherryeB Thanks, I have some weights and I am using resistance bands. I turn 37 in a few weeks and I want to keep an eye on those changes with age.
