Hi All,
Just started yesterday start weight is 110 kg my goal is 85-90 kg wish me luck.
Will be logged in daily
So far so good, not feeling hungry yet. Having 3 meals - cutting down my portions and no junk food or alcohol
110 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
