I have been in hospital for the last 7 days after a L4-S1 spinal fusion.

120.1 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg. Still to go: 52.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the well wishes. I think I lost weight as the hospital food was balanced. I hoping to get back to walking soon.

I am getting there, I am walking up and down the 2 flights of stairs I have at home now, went a little off track with eating and getting my calories in so, I am not sure what my next weigh in will look like, but that's ok my back takes precedence and getting it better so I can get back to my 5 - 9km walks daily.
