It is amazing how weight can fluctuate from day to day. You just have to roll with it and take the good with the bad and roll with the averages. Don’t get frustrated when you hit a plateau or a few days of gain just stick to your he plan.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 51.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This comment was so inspiring. I was getting a little frustrated with the up and down weight but now that I chart it, I see the pattern…it fluctuates but the numbers steadily decreases. Congratulations on a few more pounds to go til your goal weight 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
