Lost a bit this morning. Still not back down to Monday's weight, though. Today, I'm loafing. Have to run several errands this afternoon, and my grandson is spending the night tonight; but otherwise, I haven't done much. Hope the energy spurt isn't over!

Today, something really happened. My throat got really dry, and I started coughing uncontrollably and couldn't even get my breath for about two minutes. I almost called 911, but all they would have heard was coughing. Thankfully, it passed. BUT, it was a good wake-up call. With the Glycopyrralate I take for sweating, you're supposed to drink a lot of water. Yesterday, I only had two bottles of water, and I drank about 5-6 Diet Cokes (diuretic). I want to make sure that doesn't happen again, so I'm going back to just 3 cans of Diet Coke with meals. Otherwise, just water all day! Since the incident this morning, I've drunk over 1/2 gallon of water!

OK, "short" one today!
