made appt with doctor about blood work for inflammation. Assuming thats high, that can explain why im not losing weight. Not ready for anti inflammatory diet but removing one thing at a time will be more doable then jumping head first and failing. This balance with mental health and physical health is an utter disaster, yet understandable with extensive childhood trauma and such.
New appt made for dietician, wanted to see me after 1 month anyway. So far, im replacing refined/processed grains for 1 or 2 of my meals in a day. Especially at school!
86.7 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
