Hi all! Had grandson for 20 hours, so just getting to my FS stuff. Happy to report my weight was back down to my low from 2 weeks ago. This has been a high-calorie week. With what I have planned for tomorrow, my Average Daily Calories will be slightly over 1,800 calories. Next week will be better!

OK, also haven't done my Bible reading yet today, so gotta get to that! (But, I DID do my 3 miles of walking!)
93.0 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
