I normally weigh in on Sunday mornings. I weighed on the 8th because my doctor asked me to. So, I lost 500g in 4 days.. I'm not sure if that is good or bad, but at the moment, since the goal is to lose weight, I am going to count it as good
118.4 kg Lost so far: 29.6 kg.    Still to go: 50.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Any stability or loss is good in my books. I think they work on 1kg a week if you are strict and exercise.
