wowzers. I'm not eating from 8pm till 6pm the next day and weighing myself when I have my nightly shower. the weights falling off me. I'm not fasting, I just haven't been hungry during the day.
116.2 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
