...well, this isnt terrible considering i had stuffed crust pizza for dinner. sleep has been better since eating carbs for dinner only. my walks on treadmill have been productive. i noticed my gait is off with a limp so im trying to correct that. Its nice to be able to walk at home. i noticed i havent had the usual hip pain upon waking up.
