...well, this isnt terrible considering i had stuffed crust pizza for dinner.
sleep has been better since eating carbs for dinner only. my walks on treadmill have been productive. i noticed my gait is off with a limp so im trying to correct that. Its nice to be able to walk at home. i noticed i havent had the usual hip pain upon waking up.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

I’ve heard eating a banana right before bed is supposed to help you sleep. I take melatonin though.
