Three days into my second FastFX two week challenge, happy with that
114.5 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe I should do this but there’s too much activity of food in my house.

It’s not easy but the whole thing is laid out including snacks and evening vegetable tasty little meals. Makes it very easy to follow comes with an excellent book including recipes etc. I did it while my wife was eating normally and it worked ok.
