Ok, still experiencing nausea waves. wasnt able to eat a whole lot lately. I continue to track calories WITHOUT burned calories allowed. Dietician said i could include grains if i want during lunch but to put my focus getting more protein. New percentages: 35% carbs 25% protein 40% fat. was 40/20/40
87.4 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

I am also trying to keep my protein up. My carbs lower.
