liked my weigh in today gained a few pounds in the past few days but dropped a bit of fat body fat percentage it is down to 10 percent the lowest i've recorded so far.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

stepped on the scale after sleeping all day to get ready for noc shift work tonight and lost 3lbs to 173 but didn't record that weight today because weighed in at 176 this morning when i got home from work.
