so today i have been full after each meal and not needed or wanted a snack. my calories are quite low which is good and i drink around 2l of water a day. i even managed to have mcdonalds today but healthily. so i guess im doing ok. will steal MY wiifit off my son so i can weigh in this weekend. cross fingers for me

Whoo hoo!! Those calories are looking great, and you will notice the more you get used to the new portion sizes the less often you feel hungry. However I did ROTFL when I saw "McNuggets" and "healthily" in the same conversation. Hope you enjoyed them - you earned a treat :)

Good luck with the weigh in...it is quite ok to stack the odds in your favour - do it in the morning, after a wee and a night asleep without food, no clothes (don't scare Liam...)
