Weight has been at a standstill the last few days. I knew this was coming but still not easy. Frustration is setting in. I need to forge ahead and not let it take hold!
81.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
