I haven't updated my weight since Easter as it has been going up and down constantly. I moved house nearly 3 weeks ago and so this had affected my ability to cook decent meals. Things are setting down so I expect my weight to also settle down.

72.7 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
