15 lbs gone! Barely made it into the 170's but I made it. Happy Dance! I feel as though the weight loss is slowing down so now I need to speed it up with some consistent exercise. Stationary bike here I come!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
