Going through a slump it seems. It has been hard to avoid making bad decisions with all of the influences around me at the moment.

139.4 kg Lost so far: 36.4 kg. Still to go: 54.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Thanks Kazza. It's too easy for me to find comfort in food. I know where I want to be, I can't give up or let the setbacks stop me.
