Ended my fast with dinner last night after 44h. Surprised with how easy it was, and lost 0.7kg. I'm hoping for improved blood fats etc, but will check that some time in the future. Only thing was I felt like I overate at dinner! LOL Will definitely do it again.

Studies have linked intermittent fasting to a number of health benefits, including:
- weight loss
- decreased risk factors of heart disease
- lower blood pressure
- improved insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control
- reduction in markers of oxidative stress
57.6 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
