!!!! Nervous for the week ahead though, because I'm going on a fully catered work trip... Any tips for when you don't get to choose what you're eating?
56.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

hope your doing well!! I think the #1 is don't overeat just because it's provided and #2 is don't over indulge just because it's on offer. I.e. if you wouldn't eat it at home, don't eat it out. if they offer dessert, don't think you HAVE to have it! Also, if you can run to a supermarket, get your own snacks that you can eat that are better for you to have when they offer snacks :)

Thanks so much Kim, this has helped!! I like the "if I wouldn't eat it at home" mindset... Tried to keep in mind when they brought out the endless platters of donuts this afternoon!! 😵 I'm trying to just have small portions of the healthier options when I can.
