ok. time to lower cals i guess... trying to figure this out.

88.0 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I increased 300 cals for a week and it helped break the plateau i was stuck at 191!! Surprised, im o little higher then the plateau but will see what happens when i go back down 100 cals ot time for 3 days
