Yesterday I started eating Mediterranean-Diet style (I love carbs and fat so this is perfect), and I felt full and happy all day long. I had a sugary snack after a stressful day at work (Turkish cotton candy, so still technically Mediterranean, right?), and did not enjoy it! woohoo!
56.9 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
