I feel awesome. I have been just staying focused. I am really enjoying my routine.

Breakfast: Smoothie
Snack: Nuts
Lunch: half sandwich and half salad
Snack: nuts or trail mix or fruit
Dinner: Smoothie
90.8 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
