I've recovered from Friday's work-week-recovery treats, but really cut back over the weekend. I was expecting to have lost more, but maybe it will show tomorrow. A loss is a loss, still happy 😌
56.4 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just remember body fluids can change up to 1kg in weight so sometimes I find my weight can change easily a kg and the next day it’s down 1/2 to 3/4 kg so don’t worry
