When Hubs is home, I am worse with eating. While I don't partake in the nightly ice cream, I partake in chips and popcorn. I need to get back on track, pronto and I haven't been drinking enough water so I expect most of the gain is salt intake over he past few days. We shall see, but my clothes fit about the same so I think that it is water weight.

CMA Fest is around the concert and that is 4 days and nights of mega walking, not much food and less water.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
