I am 46, married and a mum to 4 kids. I have severe depression, PTSD and BPD.
For years I have turned to food then as soon as I'm finished, I think why the fuck did I do that.
I don't look at myself in the mirror unless essential. I hate what I see looking back at me. My husband and I are going to phuket in October and all the clips we've watched, majority of women are in G-strings and tiny bathers. WTF am I going to do....
