KKK OOO LLL DDD weather continues to interrupt my walks...and my local YMCA burned almost half way down last week, so I am not getting much exercise here lately. However, careful watch on carbs and protein have helped me slip down to 132. Yippee! Hurry Spring and hurry YMCA re-build!
