Well this is unexpected! Only managed 2k steps yesterday, after 2 days of 500 steps, and ate 1600cals. I wonder if my Fibro Flare-up caused any inflammation, or if overactive, painful muscles add extra weight? 🤔
55.4 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
