yay weighed in with the doctor today as i will.be camping this weekend she is very happy with my results
125 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 40 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to go Jac :) If you can resist the urge to pack any sneaky snacks for the camping (and not eat anyone else's sneaky snacks) you should have another nice drop after the weekend with the extra exercise. You have overtaken me now, as I have hit a plateau, being closer to my goal weight and my body has adjusted to 4 months of lower calories.
