still 72kgs but enjoying the food I prepare keeping to my 1200 calories. Not my fault when I go over due to many health problems I have . Diabetes 2 atm is unstable due to medications I need. Going down from 77klgs b4 xmas. slow n steady and able to enjoy my food.
72 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
