I really have become rejuvenated about my weight loss goal these past few days. Usually around this time I become bored with healthy food and start taking liberties with what I eat. Not this time. I have made a breakthrough.I think having my husband working on his weight loss at the same has helped a lot. At least one time a day we have an unplanned conversation about our weight loss goals and how to get there.
