Disappointing but I just have to push through this. I’m not off track with my eating but the body is holding the weight for whatever reason. Very annoying. It’s a matter of perseverance.

Try doing mon Tuesday and Wednesday at 1000 Calories then back to 1500 for the rest of the week , are you consistent on Saturday and Sunday ?

I am consistent all week. I couldn’t do 1000 a day. I’ve done two two week Fastfx challenges at 1200 a day and it was tough. I try to keep to around 1300 to 1400. That’s well under my RDA by a big margin. I am upping my exercise though.

you have this David, consistency trumps off days and the odd weeks weight gain. .400g is nothing that could be from water retention etc you could literally poop that much weight out. keep going and trust the process
